Position: Shipping and Export Analyst
Working with large amounts of data to analyse, report and make recommendations, using formula and pivot tables in Excel Extracting data from reporting tools and using/developing modelling tools to interpret and present information
Using data to make distribution strategy decisions & sharing with company-wide stakeholders
Cross functional collaboration to develop long-term business models based on the latest company forecasts Identifying changes/trends in forecasted volumes & investigating the root causes to prepare contingency planning, minimising the impact to the business
Demonstrate previous experience and/or exposure to Project Management methodologies like SCRUM, Agile etc Extracting data from Google Big Query using SQL Using data visualisation tools, like Tableau to present data through automated dashboards
·Candidates should be educated to degree level or equivalent in related subjects with experience working within a large data analytics environment.
·You will have experience in extracting data using SQL You will need to be proficient in Excel and Powerpoint to an advanced level and happy to train others.
·You should be able to transfer decisions with data into strategic thinking and have first class communication skills with the ability to deal with people at all levels
